Mexico’s federal government, led by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), announced it will hold another raffle to the public, following last year’s lottery of the nation’s presidential plane, with both cash and property prizes up for grabs.

The National Lottery will raffle out a total of 22 prizes totaling more than 250 million pesos in value, including box seats at Estadio Azteca valid until 2065, a 77.6-million peso house in Mexico City’s Pedregal neighborhood and a 61 million-peso ranch in the state of Morelos.

Foreigners will be allowed to participate in the raffle, but in the event that they draw the prize for a property that local legislation does not allow them to own, they will instead be given the total value of the building in cash.

A total of 2 million tickets will be printed for the contest, with every entry costing 250 pesos each. The drawing of the raffle’s prizes will then be held at 4 p.m. on Sept. 15, the eve of Mexico’s Independence Day, at the lottery’s headquarters.
