Mexico’s Grand Prix Formula-1, set to take place in Mexico City from Friday, Nov. 5, through Sunday, Nov. 7, at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodríguez, could offer Mexican driver Sergio “Checo” Pérez a hometown advantage.

The 71-lap race along a 4.304-kilometer circuit is expected to draw in a record audience of more than 100,000, especially with fans of Pérez, Red Bull’s second driver, flooding the autodrome.

Peréz drove to third position at the U.S. Grand Prix earlier this month in Austin,Texas, 40 seconds behind teammate Max Verstappen and Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton.
