The 22-year-old actor was shot dead while inside a gray Jeep that he owned after allegedly being chased by local police for driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to confused reports, Ocaña apparently hit another vehicle and shots were heard from inside the Jeep a few seconds later.
The gun responsible for his death was allegedly found in vehicle and belonged to Ocaña.
It is not yet known who pulled the trigger.
