American Benevolent Society to Host Thanksgiving Feast

After a three-year absence because of the covid-19 pandemic, the American Benevolent Society (ABS) will again be hosting its annual Thanksgiving Day luncheon on Thursday, Nov. 25, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Christ Church Parish, located at Montes Escandinavos 405 in Mexico City’s Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec.

The event, which is open to the public, will include a sumptuous meal of roast turkey and sage dressing, along with all the trimmings, from mashed potatoes, peas and yams to an array of appetizers and both pumpkin and apple pie, as well as a complementary glass of wine with the meal and an open bar.

The price of the homestyle feast is 500 pesos for ABS members,, 550 for nonmembers and 200 pesos for children under 12.
