PULSE NEWS MEXICO There will be a citywide earthquake alarm system drill on Monday, Sept. 19, at 12:19 p.m. The drill is held each year in remembrance of the capital’s worst two earthquakes in recent history, both of which hit on the same calendar day, one on Sept. 11, 1985, and one on Sept. 11, 2017. Everyone is expected to
