OPINION By THÉRÈSE MARGOLIS Just like Alice in the 1865 English children’s novel by Lewis Carroll, Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) has fallen through a rabbit hole into a fictional  world of nonsense and absurdity. While the majority of Mexicans are forced to live in a deplorable reality in which poverty is up by 7.3 percent since the
