By KELIN DILLON Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) officially announced the grand draw from Mexico’s National Lottery taking place in September, with prizes including box seats at the Azteca Stadium and the former residences of several drug lords. The lottery initiative was previously revealed to the public on May 24, and features more than 250 million pesos worth
