By KELIN DILLON Mexico City Mayor Claudia Sheinbaum has caught flack for purportedly promoting herself and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) when delivering scholarship and welfare cards to her constituents, complaints filed with the Comptroller General and electoral authorities have revealed. “We know what Sheinbaum’s intention is,” said Mexico City’s Vice Coordinator for the conservative National Action Party
