PULSE NEWS MEXICO Porfirio Muñoz Ledo, former head of the Mexican Chamber of Deputies, current Mexican ambassador of Cuba and erstwhile presidential candidate, on Sunday, Dec. 11, declared President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s so-called electoral reform initiative “paramount to a political coup,” and called for López Obrador to be prosecuted before the International Criminal Court. The 89-year-old Muñoz Ledo, considered
