By THE PULSE NEWS MEXICO STAFF  Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) received diplomatic credentials during a ceremony at the National Palace from four new ambassadors on Monday, Aug. 12. Among the new envoys was Chinese Ambassador Zhu Qingqiao, Beijing’s former minister of foreign relations and a former vice mayor for the city of Zhuhai in the Guangdong Province.
