By THE PULSE NEWS MEXICO STAFF     The Toluca International Airport in the State of Mexico closed operations after a small plane crashed there early Thursday, Feb. 7. The plane, a Learjet model 35, made an emergency landing at 7:14 a.m. and then burst into flames on the runway. Firetrucks were on the scene and put out the fire almost immediately.
