BY THÉRÈSE MARGOLIS     Georgian Ambassador to Mexico Zurab Eristavi hosted a national day reception at Mexico City’s Club Naval Norte on Thursday, May 31, to mark his country’s centennial and the 27th anniversary of the reestablishment of that nation’s independence. “Georgia first proclaimed its independence on May 26, 1918, and I want to remind you that Mexico was one of
