The Peruvian Embassy in Mexico is asking members of the local Peruvian community to submit works of art for a collective exhibit that will be called “Huellas y Sueños de Libertad” (“Traces and Dreams of Freedom”), with pieces that reflect the trials and accomplishments of Peruvian women.

The approved works will be presented at Mexico City’s Centro Cultural Nelson Mandela in Colonia Polanco throughout the month of March as part of the embassy’s contribution to the celebration of the International Month of Women.

Works can include drawings, paintings, engravings and sculptures.

All submissions must be presented to the embassy no later than Friday, March 2.

The Peruvian Embassy is located at Paseo de la Reforma 2601 in Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec.
