Mexican federal forces former Nayarit Governor Roberto Sandoval Castañeda and his daughter, Lidy Alejandra Sandoval, in Linares, Nuevo León on the morning of Sunday, June 6.

The arrest was made in compliance with a warrant from the federal Attorney General’s Office (FGR) on charges of operations with financial resources of illicit origin.
