As part of the celebration of her 92nd birthday, renowned Mexican actress Teresa Selma will star in a special one-night-only performance of “El Consultorio de la Dra. Spellman” (“The Office of Dr. Spellman”), a one-person monologue written by Jaliscan actor and playwright Alberto Estrella about a psychoanalyst who takes on the personalities of all her patients, at the Esperanza Iris Theater on Thursday, July 21.

Originally from Venezuela, Selma performs all eight roles in this powerful 90-minute play, that pushes the boundaries between sanity and madness.

“El Consultorio de la Dra. Spellman” will be present at the Esperanza Iris Theater on Thursday, July 21 at 8:30 p.m.

The theater is located at Donceles 36 in Mexico City’s Centro Histórico, near the Allende Metro.

Tickets start at 150 pesos per person, depending on seating, and there are discounts available for students, teachers and the elderly.
