Regardless of which of these two women is to take the helm of Mexico’s future, there’s no denying that the outcome of today’s decision will set the tone for the future of Mexico beyond the next six years.

With issues like drug crime and migration at the forefront of voters minds today, now it’s a matter of waiting for the exit polls and seeing who 98 million Mexican citizens have chosen as their next president.
