PULSE NEWS MEXICO Falling just one day short of Mexico’s National Independence Day celebrations, the monthly general meeting of the International Women’s Club (IWC) on Wednesday, Sept. 14, will spotlight the nation’s history and the importance of the country’s 1810 independence from Spain. The meeting, which is open to both members and nonmembers for a nominal fee, will be held
