By THE PULSE NEWS MEXICO STAFF A conglomeration of more than 900 modern, classic and traditional Mexican dancers from 80 different troupes participated in a daylong, five-venue celebration of International Day of the Dance on Monday, May 2. The XV Plural Dance Encounter in Mexico City marked a return to post-covid-19 face-to-face performances, organized by the capital’s Culture Secretariat’s Ollin
